By accessing and placing an order with Alpha Indic, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Alpha Indic reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for representation purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Alpha Indic reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Alpha Indic is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. To initiate a return, contact us at support@alphaindic.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
