How To Use
Take a pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500mg) of resin using the included spoon or a clean fingertip. The resin is sticky — use warm hands to soften it.
Dissolve in a glass of warm (not boiling) water, warm milk, or herbal tea. Stir until fully dissolved — the water will turn amber-brown. This is correct.
For traditional Ayurvedic method, dissolve in warm milk with a teaspoon of raw honey. This combination — known as Anupana — enhances absorption significantly.
